Delivery Fees

You can benefit from the free delivery service if the total value of the order after the discount is 20 KWD or more.

Return and refund policy:

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

You can return your item within 15 days from delivery date with the following conditions:

-Product is unused, Package is unopened.

- In the same condition when you received.

- Skin care and make-up products cannot be returned unless it is a manufacturing defect.

Process for returning orders:

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Credit Card orders – upon successful quality check, the bank will issue your refund within up to 10 days. Please contact Customer Service only if you have not received refund after 14 working days.

Any fees such as delivery or COD fee will be deducted from the refund unless it is a manufacturing defect.

 

Damaged products.

If you received a damaged product or any of the products is different than what you ordered, then the product will be returned to us using the mentioned return process. The product must be returned in the same condition within 3 days of receiving the order, to return the full amount to you, including shipping fees. Please contact us at support@thefaceshop.com.kw

Make up and skin care products are Non-returnable.

Exchange

Please note that we do offer exchanges only in stores. For online returns you are invited to return your product(s) and then place a new order for the product(s) you wish to purchase, subject to stock availability.

We do not collect payment details, payment card details or bank account details. These details are collected during the secure purchase process facilitated by our payment service provider, known as HESABEPAY, and these details are never shared with us.

Aramex, for Order delivery purposes;

All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

We may transfer our databases containing your personal information if we sell our business or part of it. Other than as set out in this Privacy Policy, we shall NOT sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without obtaining your prior consent. The Site may contain links to other sites or frames of other sites. 6. Use of Social Plugins

The Site uses social plugins (plugins) provided by third parties including Facebook, Instagram, What's App(PI Providers).
