Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
